Log in to CardCenterDirect.com and click your credit card account tile.
(First-time users will need to create a User ID and Password to access Card Center Direct)
Near the top of the credit card account page, you'll see two tabs. Select the Details & Settings tab.
Scroll down to find your Rewards point balance. Scroll further to find the Access/Redeem Rewards header.
Click the link under the Access/Redeem Rewards header to be redirected to your improved rewards redemption experience.
